The Pythagorthi platform works to facilitate students’ understanding of the school curriculum by providing videos explaining the educational material according to the Kuwaiti school curriculum. The student can participate in the curricula he wants. These Terms apply to all of your activities on the Pythagorean Education Platform website, Pythagorean mobile applications, and other related services.

You need to register an account on the Pythagorthi platform to be able to access the full content of the platform. Including subscribing to the paid services of the Raez platform. When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information, including a valid email address and phone number. You are responsible for your account and everything that occurs on your account. You may not transfer your account to another person, or use another person's account.
 
Access to paid lessons
When you subscribe to one of the educational materials, you obtain a license for a specific period to watch the videos, exercises, and explanations for this curriculum, and it is not sold to you. This license does not grant you any right to download clips or publish any text, image, or video material in any way.
 
Payments, credits, and refunds
On the Pythagorthi platform, we are keen to provide free trial clips of the explanations of each teacher registered with us. Watching these free clips gives you the opportunity to choose the teacher whose style suits you, before completing the subscription process.
Subscription prices for materials are determined based on several factors, and according to what the platform management deems appropriate. The price for subscribing to the curriculum will be the price listed at the time of completing the course subscription process.
If we ban your account or disable your access to paid Pythagorthi platform services due to your violation of the platform terms, you will not be eligible for a refund of your subscription.
 
Content and Conduct Rules
We may terminate or suspend your account if it continues for a prolonged period of inactivity, or if we suspect you are engaging in infringing activities.
As a student, you may not use the Pythagorthi platform for anything other than its purpose, which is to benefit from the educational services provided by the platform.
 
Platform rights
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Pythagorthi Platform and Services, including our website, existing or future applications, APIs, databases, and content provided or provided by our employees or partners via our Services, remain the exclusive property of Pythagorthi and our licensors.
Any comments or suggestions you may provide regarding the Platform, or its Services are strictly voluntary, and we will be free to use such comments or suggestions as we see fit, without any obligation to you.
 
Various legal conditions
If there is a disruption in our services for technical reasons or misuse by some registrants, we will work to resolve it as quickly as possible. You agree not to claim due to such failure.
 
Update these terms.
From time to time, we may update these Terms to clarify our practices or to reflect new practices (such as when we add new features), and our Platform reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify these Terms at any time. Modifications will become effective on the day they are posted unless otherwise stated.
Your continued use of our Services after the amendments become effective means that you accept those amendments. Any revised terms will replace all previous terms.
